在当下的经济环境下，无论企业赚不赚钱，裁员似乎都成了一个必选项。而企业的裁员方式，也玩出了新花样。
8月20日消息，
多方消息显示，Facebook母公司Meta也加入了科技公司大规模裁员之列。最近，该公司使用算法“随机”解雇了60名劳务派遣员工。
Meta通过视频电话会议通知了上述60名员工被裁的消息。裁员将于9月2日正式生效，10月3日清算工资。
由于是算法“随即”裁员，所以裁员的理由和原因，一概欠奉。
