三星滚筒洗衣机客户日前遇上糟心事，在韩国，先后出现多起玻璃门“自爆”事件，现场画面可谓一片狼藉。
对此，三星电子本周在官网和服务网站公开致歉，并承诺将为相关型号客户上门免费更换玻璃门，覆盖从2021年9月至2022年5月在韩生产的滚筒洗衣机，型号包括“WF24A95***(WF24A9500KV除外)”、“WF24B96***”、“WF25B96***”等
按照三星回应， 他们解释出现意外的原因是玻璃门粘合不良。
此前，一位客户发帖称，洗衣机刚买四个月，那天正在运转中，玻璃门碎了一地。
