On September 15, 2022 we will host a virtual SAP MaxAttention Innovation Workshop focusing on “Financial Accounting and Central Finance”. Please find the current agenda for the workshop here.

Our workshop focus – Financial Accounting and Central Finance

In this workshop, SAP experts from the Customer Success and the Product Engineering board area will lay out how SAP’s Finance solutions can transform your business. You will have the opportunity to learn about SAP’s latest product innovations and strategy on application development. In addition to the detailed sessions, customer experiences will be shared where we will highlight some of the success stories of how organizations are adopting the innovations and improving their business processes efficiency.

We are here to help you navigate the offerings, envision the impact artificial intelligence, automation and learn how easy it has become to complement SAP’s standard features with your creative design without compromising the integrity of your processes and solutions. Finally, we will introduce how SAP MaxAttention supports customers in their transformation journey and how it helps them drive continuous improvement to realize the most value from their investment into SAP software.

The agenda and sessions – What to expect

The workshop will be kicked off by Jens Baumann, Head of Product Management Finance Record-to-Report – Development, with an opening and introduction to the finance innovation topics.

This will be followed by a session regarding Universal Parallel Accounting in SAP S/4HANA held by Sarah Roessler, Product Engineering Area Lead for Accounting – Development.

Afterwards, there will be an overview about the Organizational Flexibility in Financial Accounting presented by Marei Dornick, Product Owner Financial Accounting – Development.

After a short break several sessions regarding important aspects of Financial Accouting such as Treasury Managment and Cloud Innovations in Finance will be presented by numerous SAP Experts.

The workshop will then be summed up by Gilberto Henn, Head of the Center of Expertise Finance North America with the Closing Remarks.

The workshop will end with time for an open discussion and interchange with the SAP experts and there will be again room for questions.
