MacBook Air M1 外接机械硬盘速度极慢

最近想拷贝数据到机械硬盘上，路由器只有 100m 的，试了下 smb 速度慢～～～
后面搞了条绿联的易驱线，然后通过 type-c 转 usb 接到 m1 上， 试了下写入速度只有 30m/s ， 在 windows 上测了下有 120m/s ，这个速度差异有点大，然后百度了下，发现这个是硬伤？

硬盘格式为 apfs ，也试过连 u2720q 显示器的 usb 口，发现也是这个速度
