员工月薪减少900元 腾讯表态：成本还有进一步下降空间

腾讯今天下午发布了Q2季度财报，出现了史上首次利润下滑， 当季利润186亿元 ，同比下滑了56%。
根据腾讯公布的数据，Q2季度中员工总数110715名员工，虽然比去年还有一些增长，但相比Q1季度116213名员工，3个月员工减少5498名员工。
不仅裁员，腾讯员工的薪酬也在缩水， Q2季度员工人均月薪8.29万元，较一季度月薪下降900元。
裁员、降薪的动作还不会停，腾讯高管在财报会议上表态，成本还有进一步降低的空间。
