外文出版社前总编辑徐明强获《人民文学》翻译贡献奖
日前，2021年度青花郎·人民文学年度奖揭晓，外文出版社前总编辑徐明强荣获“2021年度青花郎·人民文学奖翻译贡献奖”。
颁奖词为：“自2012年《人民文学》英文版《路灯》创刊以来，徐明强先生即担任英文译稿的审定工作。作为外文出版社的译审专家、中国译协资深翻译家，徐明强先生以坚定的政治站位、精湛的业务水平、高度的敬业精神，十年如一日，对《路灯》杂志的译稿严格审定和把关，为《路灯》杂志的顺利出刊、为中国文学更好地‘走出去’作出了巨大贡献，同时也为《人民文学》其他语种的外文版的译审树立了标杆、提供了典范。”
徐明强曾担任外文出版社总编辑，现在虽然退休，仍然在英文图书的审定和英语翻译教学等方面发挥重要作用。他是很多重要图书英文版的定稿专家，包括《习近平谈治国理政》《朱镕基讲话实录》《路灯》《中国针灸学》《中国关键词》等。（来源）
