Well, broadly speaking, hire.win is an Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Though, I like to call it an Interviewing Kit with Careers Page!

There are quite a few ATS out there in the market, so why do we need yet another?

To answer in short - hire.win is pocket friendly as compared to all others which are extremely heavy on pocket!

We offer flat pricing. Create unlimited jobs and add all your team members including HR Admins & Interviewers who can help with interviewing and tracking the candidates, all with Flat Pricing, that too extremely pocket friendly.

It's just $25 per month if subscribed to the yearly plan whereas on the monthly plan it's $30 per month. Team of 10 or 100, whether you post 5 jobs or 50, whether you schedule 100 interviews or 1000, you just pay the Flat Price. Now that is what we call pocket-friendly Flat Pricing!

So then, do we provide all the features compared to other ATS? Well, we provide every essential feature needed for interviewing & tracking and that is what we really focus on rather than focusing on sourcing.

Most other ATS provide an option to post jobs to several job boards, though most of them cost extra for posting to premium job boards. Also, most other ATS charge you based on the number of jobs and number of users (team members) that you add. We rather provide flat pricing as explained above and provide auto posting to Google Jobs at no extra cost. We don't offer other job board posting options as of now.

We also provide an elegant looking Careers Page which can be fully customised including the Application Form, Job Description, Careers Page Theme, etc.

What made us build hire.win? The problems that we ourselves faced while interviewing made us build this product. Frankly, being a tiny-sized company, we didn't have the budget to spend on any ATS out there. So every single communication happened via email, whether it was about figuring out the free time when the interviewer was available for taking an interview, creating a meeting in the calendar, getting candidate feedback from the interviewer, and what not. Plus, every candidate detail would be scattered across emails. This had to change and it really did with hire.win!
