据此前多方报道，有知情人士透露，腾讯近几个月一直在与财务顾问接触， 以研究如何执行可能大规模出售美团股份的计划。
消息人士称，如果市场条件有利，腾讯正寻求在今年内开始出售。
此消息引发了行业巨震，让美团股价持续下跌，午后跌幅最高扩大至10%，截至发稿前稳定在8.79%跌幅。
