俄罗斯计划 2024 年推出数字卢布并连接所有银行和信贷机构
据 Cointelegraph 8 月 12 日消息，俄罗斯央行计划在几年内推出其中央银行数字货币（CBDC）数字卢布。根据俄罗斯央行最新的货币政策更新。在 2023 年，俄罗斯央行计划对基于数字卢布的智能合约进行 Beta 测试，供有限的参与者进行交易。此外，俄罗斯央行将于 2024 年开始将所有银行和信贷机构连接到数字卢布平台。预计到 2025 年引入数字卢布的离线模式，同时整合非银行金融中介、金融平台和交易所基础设施。
