从Gas消耗能看清以太坊很多产品的兴衰，比如从DEX的兴起到DeFi再到NFT的轮动。

Paradigm投资合伙人Casey用nansen数据编写了一个探索以太坊上耗费Gas最多的产品的可视化工具gasguzzlers（网址https://gasguzzlers.wtf/）。

MEV的崛起

2022年是MEV搜索者进入前10大Gas消耗合约的第一年。

稳定币的兴起

Tether消耗的Gas在DeFi夏季达到了ATH，并在2021/2022年继续。

流动性挖矿的兴起

在SNX和Chainlink的催化下，转向了Compound、Sushi（第一次真正的吸血鬼攻击）、Curve 等协议。在2019年至2021年期间，流动性挖矿使DeFi增长了几个数量级。

Uniswap在2020年爆发，从第一代DEX和预言机中抢夺市场份额。

到目前为止，2022年消耗Gas最多的类别：DEXs、NFT市场、NFT收藏品、稳定币、WETH、Mining、MEV、钱包、Identity、Lending、Yield Farming、L2s/Sidechains、Bridges、Gaming、Meme Coins
