昨天，有不少阿里云盘用户发现，自己的云盘空间突然全部变成了100GB，对此，阿里方面已经及时做出回应，表示是技术故障导致云盘容量出现异常，目前已修复。
今天，阿里云盘官方表示，
由于此次大规模故障，将为所有用户补偿15天的超级会员资格，在8月31日前，前往阿里云盘App福利社页面即可领取。
超级会员将为用户带来20TB的存储空间，以及500GB的密码箱空间，并有备份盘、1TB大文件上传、60天回收站等大量权益。
根据用户QA内的信息，当15天超级会员到期后，如果不进行续费，额外的存储空间将被收回。
