8月8日被称为世界猫之日，在这一天，宝可梦（Pokémon Go ）在东京新宿站外的3D广告牌上投放了一支广告。
在宝可梦这款手游中出现的各种角色，比如皮卡丘、喵喵、Skitty 和 Purrloin 等动物从精灵球中一跃飞出，冲向一个充满绿色植物、郁郁葱葱的世界。
这是一块 154.7 平方米超大高清曲屏，清晰度接近 4K，该空间通常是新宿猫 Nya的家。
位于十字路口，新宿猫 Nya不仅热衷于与路人互动，同时它还会参与一些品牌活动。比如今年3月份的Nike Air Max Day，它以一个超大号的 Nike 盒子推向街头开始，以新宿猫爪收回盒子为结束。
这种3D广告和平面广告，最大的不同就是3D广告不借助外部工具，就能实现立体视觉效果，且画面效果极其逼真，有更强的趣味性和互动性。在人流密集的街道上，可以吸引不少人驻足打卡。
