财经网科技8月6日讯。据路透社消息，特斯拉CEO马斯克表示，如果推特能够提供其对100个账户进行抽样的方法及如何确认这些账户为真实的方法，那么他以440亿美元收购该公司的交易应该按原条款进行。
“然而，如果事实证明他们向美国证券交易委员会提交的文件存在虚假，那么就不应该，”马斯克周六早些时候在推特上写道。在回应一位推特用户询问美国证券交易委员会是否正在调查推特的“可疑声明”时，马斯克在推特上回复说：“问得好，他们为什么不调查呢？”
