在Win11问世以来， 就经常出现关于其CPU占用异常，导致系统卡顿的反馈 ，虽然微软也多次表示修复，但却迟迟没能彻底解决。
近日，Win11面向Beta预览版推出了KB5016700补丁，终于找到了卡顿的“罪魁祸首”，并解决了问题。
据悉，
造成CPU占用异常的主要原因是进程“sihost.exe”。
该进程是Windows的核心组件之一，用于支持开始菜单、任务栏和操作系统等重要的图形元素，包括透明化在内的部分画面效果也需要sihost.exe的支持。
