prese 和 tune 这个严格来说不是参数而是调整规则，最后是反映到具体的单个参数上的。比如我这有个 tune 就是把 b 帧数量翻倍，如果默认是 4 ，开了这个 tune 会变成 8 ，类似这样的。最后 mediainfo 可能只能看到 b 帧 8 ，而看不到调教。
