马斯克质疑SEC为何不调查推特垃圾信息
新浪科技讯 8月7日早间消息，特斯拉CEO马斯克再次把他对推特公司的担忧带到社交媒体网站上。马斯克在回应另一名用户发起的帖子时表示，如果推特愿意提供他们的账户取样方法，并确认它们是真实的，那么收购该公司的交易“应该按照最初的条款进行”。他还表示：“然而，如果事实证明他们向美国证交会提交的文件存在重大虚假，那么就不应该这样做。”
