8 月 5 日，欧易OKX & 领英正式发布全球首份《2022 全球区块链领域人才报告 - Web3.0 方向》，报告全文近 2 万字，耗时近 3 个月，数据样本覆盖 180 个国家，囊括了全球区块链行业概览，人才现状以及人才发展趋势与建议三大板块。报告显示，全球区块链领域人才总量同比增长 76%，美国、中国、法国为全球前三大区块链人才需求国。金融类人才占比最高，研发、信息技术等技术性人才需求强劲、缺口最大。人才男女比例约为 8:2，整体硕士占比四成，人才学历普遍较高。
