最近两天有消息称Intel的14代酷睿Meteor Lake处理器跳票，原因跟台积电3nm代工的GPU核显有关，不过Intel官方已经否认了传闻，称14代酷睿进展正常，2023年就会上市。
14代酷睿对Intel来说非常重要，不仅是首款使用小芯片、3D封装的桌面级x86处理器，还会首发Intel 4工艺——这是对标友商的4nm工艺，还是Intel首次使用EUV光刻机，其晶体管的每瓦性能将提高约20%。
Intel前几天在财报会议上已经确认，该工艺将在今年下半年准备就绪，即将量产，
Intel CEO基辛格表示这一代工艺已经获得了好评，认可度很高。
4nm EUV工艺是Intel先进工艺狂飙的开始，接下来还会有Intel 3工艺，会在Intel 4基础上再次实现每瓦性能上实现约18%的提升。
