美团回应手机号更换无法退押金：有订单截图就可以

近日，“摩拜单车可以退押金了”的消息爆火，虽然后来美团官方澄清，早在2018年就开始了押金的退还工作，但也确实让不少人想起了自己还有几百块的押金没退。
但在退还押金时， 有部分用户才意识到自己的手机号已经更换，无法按照正常流程退还押金，对此，美团官方也做出了回应。
美团官方客服表示，
没有手机号其实也能够退还押金，不过需要用户提供所退金额的交易订单截图、姓名以及身份证号等信息，在后台核对信息正确之后，就能够完成退款。
同时，客服也提到，如果找不到当时付款的订单，可以与对应付款平台的客服联系，让平台方协助查找订单。
