Dun Dun Dunning
The only webcomic about defeating involuntary churn
Cue theme song:
Na na na na na na na na na na na na na… DUNNNN-NIIIINNNG.
This comic is a a great way to introduce the concept of churn and dunning to an audience not familiar with it. Of course, it’s also very sharable. After all, who doesn’t love feathered birds and comics!?
Owl do my best to share this everywhere I can.
Hello and hoo, hoo, hoo! to you all 🦉
If you run an online business, you’ll know involuntary churn (when customers leave because of failed payments) stinks. And if you subscribe to any online services, you’ll equally know how annoying it can be to find yourself with a suspended account due to a missed payment.
…but there is a way to make sure neither happens: dunning emails, the automated notifications a business sends customers after a payment failure.
We at Postmark think these emails can be very effective, particularly when they are delivered by a super-owl named Dunning whose feathers are not ruffled by the antics of Churn, the villainous skunk.
To celebrate International Owl Awareness Day, we bring you the first ever webcomic about dunning emails. You'll never look at failed payments (or owls, or skunks) the same way again.
Bring your best puns. We’re owl ears!
