Circle CEO：社会对 CBDC 的需求不足
8 月 2 日，Presight Capital 的加密风险投资顾问 Patrick Hansen 发推表示，根据国际清算银行的说法，90% 的中央银行正在探索 CBDC。日本银行是最早决定放弃进一步测试的银行之一，理由是日本公民对数字银行和支付工具已经有了广泛的使用权，他们对此缺乏兴趣。
对此，Circle 首席执行官 Jeremy Allaire 评论称，毫无疑问，这种趋势将继续……社会对 CBDC 的需求不足，但另一方面，人们不想从开放的互联网、公链启用的数字法币中回去。
