群联公司昨晚宣布推出号称“全球最先进”PCIe 4.0解决方案X1，这是一个定制化的企业级PCIe 4.0平台，与希捷合作的，使用了企业级TLC闪存（eTLC）U.3规格，最大容量可达15.36TB，读取速度可达7.4GB/s。
至于为何X1是全球最先进的企业级PCIe 4.0，群联、希捷似乎也没啥解释，更多地是强调X1 SSD的能效，在使用相同功率的情况下，与现有市场竞争对手相比， X1的数据读取能效增加了30%以上， 是一款突破能效瓶颈，并且提供高服务质量 (Quality of Service; QoS) 的高性价比的企业级PCIe 4.0 SSD解决方案。
从具体的表现来看，X1 SSD由群联的E20主控及SK海力士的128层eTLC闪存构成，U.3规格，厚度7mm或者15mm，
读取速度可达7400MB/s，写入速度可达7200MB/s，
随机读取、写入分辨是175W IOPS、47W IOPS。
功耗方面，待机6.5W，随机读取13.5W，随机写入就是17.9W功耗了。
