Integrated Financial Planning for SAP S/4 content activation error

Hi All,
we are trying to activate "Integrated Financial Planning for SAP S/4" content but " Plan info couldn't be imported" error message appears.
This message appears in any cube attemp to import.
Do you know if there is a workarround for it or another solution?
