全球首款量子点 Micro LED 芯片导入量产
财经网科技7月31日讯，据IT之家消息，日前，利亚德集团与参股公司赛富乐斯半导体科技有限公司共同完成了使用 NPQD R1 Micro LED 芯片制备的显示屏幕的开发和测试，正式导入量产。官方称，这是行业首款使用量子点 Micro LED 芯片的显示屏。
据介绍，NPQD 是指基于纳米孔结构（Nanopores）的量子点（Quantum Dot）芯片集成技术。纳米孔结构具有独特的散射效应，能够大幅增加有效光径，提高光转换效率，并增强量子点可靠性。
