7月28日下午，号称“生鲜电商第一股”的每日优鲜毫无征兆地突然原地解散，留下上千名员工茫然无措，工资、社保、公积金瞬间没了着落，度过了一个漫长的黑夜。
据 每日人物 了解到， 每日优鲜的员工们已经组织起来维权， 截至29日凌晨维权群内已经聚集924人，除了两位律师，共有922名员工，包括早先被裁员但没有收到赔偿金的。
其中接近200人今天就提起了劳动仲裁，天亮即出发，因为公司可执行的资产已经所剩无几，再晚了就什么都没有了。
由于公司解散过于突然，很多员工的生活都陷入了窘境：有人差几个月就缴纳够5年社保，可以在北京落户，现在社保断了，要再来5年；有人其实已经找好了下家，但需要离职证明，不知道该找谁开具；有人的房贷、车贷面临断供……
