天眼查显示，盘箸有喜（上海）生物科技有限公司申请
注册多个“钟薛低”、“钟薛不低”、“钟薛不高”、“钟薛小高”、“钟薛步步高”商标，含盖方便食品、啤酒饮料、教育娱乐、广告销售等45个国际分类。
股东信息显示， 该公司由钟薛高食品（上海）有限公司全资持股。
钟薛高成立于2018年，这个品牌曾因“31摄氏度高温不化”、“火烧不化”数次冲上热搜榜，引发关注。
当时钟薛高方面作出回应，称“钟薛高公司所有雪糕产品均按照国家标准GB/T 31119-2014《冷冻饮品雪糕》合法合规生产，并于检测合格后出厂”。
