今年3月，德邦物流股份有限公司在证交所发布公告， 宣布京东以89.79亿元收购其66.4965%的股份，旗下京东卓风企业管理有限公司成为间接控股股东。
今天，京东物流股份有限公司发布 公告 ，
宣布完成与德邦控股的收购交易。
根据公告， 京东物流与德邦控股制之间的交易已经在7月26日完成，目前，德邦控股（包括德邦集团）成为了京东物流的附属公司。
虽然德邦就此成为了京东的子公司，但根据此前官方的说法， 此次收购将不会影响京东与德邦现有的运营模式，双方均将保持品牌与团队独立运营，且战略与业务方向整体保持不变。
