三星电子“抢先台积电一步”，批量产出全球首款3纳米芯片
韩国《中央日报》7月26日报道，25日，三星电子在京畿道华城的极紫外线光刻（EUV）专用代工（半导体委托生产）设施V1生产线举行了全球首次应用全环绕栅极（GAA）技术的3纳米晶圆代工制程芯片的出厂仪式。三星电子从2000年代初开始研究GAA晶体管结构。
据报道，三星电子的3纳米芯片批量生产比台积电领先一步。
