据微信官方公众号“微信派”消息， 目前，微信红包封面开放平台已正式上线视频号/公众号互通发放红包封面能力。
通过这个新能力，定制方可跨渠道账号调用封面订单进行发放。 简单来说，只要你的公众号和视频号“互绑”，在任一账号渠道发放红包封面时，都可以发两个账号下的所有封面了。
具体是这样操作的：
公众号： 点击图文编辑页面上方的“红包封面”选项，会发现每款红包封面下方将会显示来源，可以自由选择“已绑定视频号”创建的封面。
