凉心云的 Serverless 云函数如果不用，记得冻结服务不然每天都会扣费

给干欠费了才知道
上月开始收费被扣了月费后，月初把函数计算的服务（一个警告通知服务）转到阿里云去了
结果刚刚停机了，一看才发现每天还在扣费
虽然使用量本月全是 0
函数脚本也删除干净了
但是还是不可以，需要“冻结”服务才行
提醒一下，如果有转移或者不再用的记得冻结整个 Serverless 云函数功能
