今日晚间，云音乐发布公告表示，公司名称已由“Cloud Village Inc. 云音乐股份有限公司”更改为“Cloud Music Inc. 云音乐股份有限公司”。

蓝鲸TMT频道7月22日讯，今日晚间，云音乐发布公告表示，公司名称已由“Cloud Village Inc. 云音乐股份有限公司”更改为“Cloud Music Inc. 云音乐股份有限公司”。
同时，公司于联交所买卖的股份的英文股份简称将由“CLOUD VILLAGE”更改为“CLOUD MUSIC”，自2022年7月29日上午九时正起生效。中文股份简称仍为“云音乐”及股份代号仍为“9899”。
2021年12月，网易云音乐正式登陆港交所，开盘价报每股205港元，与发行价持平，总市值425.90亿港元。
最新财报显示，网易云音乐2022年第一季度营收为21亿元，同比增长38.6%；经调净亏损1.52亿元，同比收窄46.6%。
