We believe that technology can help us live happier and more fulfilled lives—but a radical shift is long overdue.

To connect, people compete with each other for ever-shrinking pieces of distracted attention. In fact, many companies specialize in that very thing: Distracting us on screens. Using advanced algorithms, they aim to keep us mindlessly watching, liking, scrolling...

**What we are doing**

Trove is on a mission to make social media more human and blogging more accessible - it is a social blogging platform for people who value curiosity, learning, and sharing. You can cut through the noise, curate your knowledge and passions, and learn from the sources you trust. From favorite book recommendations to life-changing ravioli recipes, you’ll find all of the things you love, without the distractions. Creators on our platform can be professional travelers, chefs, and musicians but they can also be individuals sharing gardening tips, favorite restaurants, and career advice.

Trove is for the things that make you, you.

**How it works**

* When you create an account you immediately have your own public website and a profile to start building your Trove of insights, passions, and recommendations * Trove plugs in to many of the major media platforms, making it easy for you to embed music, podcasts, google places, YouTube videos, and more * We’ve designed Trove to make organization as easy as possible AND to make it really easy to pull up content you’ve previously subscribed to or saved on Trove. * We want Trove to be healthy and powerful space to build out stories and insights. To do so you can make content private or public, you can build collaborations with other users, and we remove comments and ads to quiet the noise.

We are still in private beta, so we have a code TRVE11 that will allow the first 200 users to sign up with this code to join our community of 1200 Trovies!
