华为陈黎芳：35岁危机不准确 不觉得年龄是个问题
7月22日凌晨消息，昨日华为心声社区公开华为常务监事陈黎芳与社招新员工座谈纪要。
在这份纪要中，陈黎芳回答了一些社招新员工有关“螺丝钉”岗位、天才少年、“35岁危机”等多个问题。并表示，在华为，即便是很小的细分领域，都可以成就最顶尖的人才。
在被问到是怎么看待华为35岁以上的员工，关以及“35岁危机”这个问题时，陈黎芳表示，前些年，网上有关于华为34岁以上员工的一些传言，都是不准确的。我早就过了35了，但我还是很努力的，也是很享受的，因为忙碌，觉得每天过得也特别快。所以我不觉得年龄是个问题，关键还是自己的能力，能不能始终坚持学习和提升。
