从智能健身镜到“刘畊宏女孩”到keep联合《甄嬛传》的剧情跑，健身运动都在多元化。Meta Quest VR又将健身与游戏结合，推出短片《Unbelievably fun fitness is ready》。
Meta Quest 2将VR健身应用程序和游戏相结合，枯燥的健身也变的有趣起来，置身于游戏世界在玩乐中达到健身的效果。短片展现了VR中的各种健身场景：在The Thrill of the Fight中，会进入一个虚拟健身房，像真正的拳击手一样训练，与一系列真人拳击手展开对决；Dance Central 中，玩家们漫步在不同的舞蹈俱乐部，跟随音乐节奏来舞动；Blaston和Pistol Whip，置身于不同场景，通过闪避、下蹲、弓步、移动等来击打目标，从而达到健身效果。
目前，Meta Quest 2中有数百个应用可下载，还可以通过Facebook 帐户与朋友建立虚拟联系，甚至与世界各地的陌生人互动。
