马斯克收购推特案审判定于10月进行
北京时间7月20日凌晨消息，据报道，关于特斯拉CEO埃隆·马斯克（Elon Musk）收购推特案的审判定于10月进行。
此前，推特与马斯克就440亿美元收购交易而展开的法律诉讼，将于当地时间周二展开首次交锋。法官将对推特寻求“快速审理”的提议进行评估。
今年4月26日，马斯克与推特达成收购协议，马斯克将以每股54.20美元的现金收购推特，交易总价值约为440亿美元。但7月9日，马斯克宣布将终止该交易，原因是推特严重违反了协议中的多项条款，包括虚假账户的问题。
