尽管三星已于上月底宣布3nm芯片投产，台积电也反复重申3nm会在下半年到来，可就目前的情况来看，手机芯片似乎厂商们无缘首发。
DT的最新报道指出，消息人士称， 高通和联发科均下单了台积电的3nm工艺，不过产品竞争要到明年下半年才能拉开序幕。
这意味着，计划11月发布的骁龙8 Gen 2、天玑9000的下一代（天玑9100？）依然采用的是4nm制程，3nm安卓手机要等明年了。
至于苹果，A16处理器也是过渡到4nm。
