关于软路由负载高，过几天就断网故障？

开始家里用的 N1 盒子，单线多拨（ 5 拨），passwall 插件等，没啥问题
忘记从啥时候开始，N1 有时候出现负载很高的情况，负载一高网速就不行，我每次连接 MSTSC 的时候就一卡一卡的，我以为 N1 不行了，后来换了个 X86 的机器（ N3150 ，4G,16G ）的配置，问题依旧出现
还是过几天负载就高，然后重启一下就好了。
这个是固件问题（ Esir 高大全）？还是机器的问题？还是我宽带的问题呀？
