据 The Block 报道，自 2013 年以来，NFT 和 GameFi 发生了 53 起并购交易，其中 2022 年前两个季度就发生了 20 起（第一季度和第二季度分别进行了 8 笔和 12 笔交易），占比 38%。
此外尽管近期 NFT 市场降温，但在 2022 年第二季度 NFT 领域的 12 笔并购交易数量创下历史新高。
