30 了，运维，两件公司待遇上差不多
A：做的东西比较有意思，运维平台，混合云，k8s,技术比较有成长，工资固定，给的是高级的岗位，工资 21 ，公积金全额 12%，年终 1-3
B：创业公司，给了管理层的定位，不过只有自己一个人，技术栈老旧 lnmp,卖跨境 erp 软件的，这个行业最近好像还行？
工资：18 ，公积金忽略不计，年终 1-3 ，按销售额 4%提成，会给个 2%股权，不过废纸一张
A：可能容易被裁，技术氛围好，工资稳定
B：可以摸鱼，技术氛围差，容易废掉，不容易被裁，工资不稳定，现在 2 个客户都是母公司。
