瑞典电信设备巨头爱立信周五表示，已获得美国外国投资委员会(CFIUS)的批准，完成对云通信公司Vonage的收购。
该公司6月份曾表示，由于美国外国投资委员会正在进行调查，这笔62亿美元的收购将从今年上半年推迟到7月底完成。【责任编辑/周末】
