今日消息，据SamMobile报道，多位用户反馈，
三星Galaxy S21更新2022年6月份安全补丁之后，语音通话质量极具下降，至今未解决。
据报道，这次遇到通话质量问题的是Verizon版Galaxy S21， 这些故障机型都是更新了6月份的安全补丁 ，固件版本号为G991USQU5CVF1。
现在用户期望官方能尽快推送7月份更新解决这个问题，目前2022年7月份安全更新已经推送给了无锁的国际版Galaxy S21，运营商版本尚未收到此更新。
资料显示，Galaxy S21是三星1月份发布的年度旗舰，它采用6.2英寸屏幕，分辨率为2400×1080，刷新率为120Hz，搭载高通骁龙888旗舰处理器，后置1200万+6400万+1200万三摄，电池容量为4000毫安时。
