晚上睡觉空调开多少度？

下面垫席子，盖毛毯，空调 30 度以上，还有点冷。有时也打 30.5 度或 31 度，再高上不去了。
也试过不开空调，但温度一下子就上来了，还闷。房间小，开风扇声音又太吵。
PS: 今年比去年热太多了，去年没开空调没吹风扇。
