NFT游戏开发商UnCaged Studios完成2400万美元融资

日前，基于Solana的游戏《MonkeyLeague》开发商UnCaged Studios宣布完成2400万美元A轮融资，本轮融资由Griffin Gaming Partners领投，Maverick Ventures Israel、Drive by DraftKings、Vgames和6th Man Ventures参投。
UnCaged的联合创始人Tal Friedman表示，作为交易的一部分，Griffin Gaming Partners 的董事总经理Nick Tuosto已加入UnCaged的董事会。所筹资金将用于继续开发《MonkeyLeague》并发布更多游戏。
据悉，《MonkeyLeague》是Solana上的一款靠游戏赚钱的足球游戏，拥有超过4000名NFT持有者和超过33万名社交媒体粉丝。目前有38名员工为UnCaged工作，该公司正在积极招聘跨职能部门，以帮助实现其扩张计划。去年年底，该公司通过出售《MonkeyLeague》的MBS代币，在代币销售中筹集了440万美元。
该公司还提供了一个名为Game OS的游戏技术平台，该平台可帮助开发人员将web3方面集成到他们的游戏中，例如NFT和代币托管。Friedman表示，UnCaged将为希望通过其游戏操作系统平台跳转到web3的web2游戏公司提供服务。
