本周期阅读完成书籍《教育管理学》（同名书我有10本，这是读完的第一本）给我最大的启发是对参考文献的运用。《认知》一般，心理学基础内容几乎都涵盖了，主要介绍了人的认知结构，包括注意力、记忆等方面，分析了人们思维过程中问题解决的途径和策略；还分析面对复杂问题，专家和普通人不同的心理表征，以及应该如何应对复杂问题。
