被 bandizip 官方和代理商恶心到了

两天前，mac 上需要搞个解压缩软件，网上搜了一圈，都评价 bandizip 最好，于是找到官网，并且在官网推荐的经销商软购商城下单买了软件，结果买完后发现，只有 windows 版的下载链接，没有 mac 版的下载链接，研究了一下发现，mac 版只能在 apple store 上买，官网上写的是序列号没有激活的前提下，7 天内可以退款，于是联系软购商城申请退款，等了两天，就一句话，不退，爱去哪投诉去哪投诉，我真是。。。国内这服务质量，真的是绝绝子，联系了 bandizip 的官方售后邮箱，回邮件说让我联系代理商，他只是开发者，不管这事。这软件我快一生黑了，12315 投诉中，在国内当个消费者，怎么这么难？都说不支持正版，我的 mac 上都是正版，我倒是支持正版，但是我支持正版就得到这样的服务？
