Pixelmator for iOS Gets a Big Update
Pixelmator 2.7 is out today and it's a huge improvement to the app, in my opinion. They've made some good updates to the design using modern iOS components, and support for Pixelmator Pro documents makes it a more useful tool for those of us who rely on their Mac app as well.
Pixelmator for iOS was great years ago, but Pixelmator Pro for Mac really blew it out of the water in every way. On the one hand, this blog post indicates that they're going to be putting more work into Pixelmator for iOS, which is good, but it also makes me think that they don't have plans to bring Pixelmator Pro to the iPad, which I think would be a real shame.
