盛京银行回应在支付宝存款无法提现：一切正常

7月11日，有网友曝料称，此前与支付宝合作的盛京银行目前无法提现，显示到账但是实际并未到账。
对此， 盛京银行方面回复称，已经停止通过支付宝销售存款产品，但依然可以提现，时间为每天7-23点，同时也可以查询余额等。
盛京银行完整回复如下：“根据监管9号文要求，我行已停止通过支付宝平台销售存款产品，仅保留通过支付宝平台为存量客户提供余额查询、购买明细查询、提前支取等服务；按照支付宝平台规则，相关服务操作时间为北京时间每日07:00-23:00。”
同时，支付宝方面通过蚂蚁财富官方微博也做出了回应， 确认盛京银行与蚂蚁财富合作的存款产品已经于2021年初终止合作，存量用户通过支付宝进行资金提现至今一切正常，并且一直以来的提现时间都是每天的07:00-23:00。
