没合适幼儿园可上的话找教委有用吗

事情是这样的：
个人背景：非京籍租房有社保
最近开始幼儿园报名，选了附近的 4 所。刚听说其中一家条件最宽松的保底幼儿园也已经招满了。我去年电话咨询的时候一直说等 6 月底才可以报名，但是 5 月的时候已经加了老师微信发了报名表。
普惠幼儿园 900/月，剩下的私立都是 3.4K/月起步。
不知道这种找教委反馈是否有用
在京也几年了，孩子连个幼儿园都上不了，真的无力
