The summer of superheroes and pop culture conventions is upon us! Fans can now glimpse the Mighty Thor from Thor: Love and Thunderat Avengers Campus, take a booze cruise on the Disney Wish with Marvel andStar Wars-themed drinks, visit the fictional Nope amusement park at Universal Studios, and preview what’s on the San Diego Comic-Con slate.

You can meet more Marvel heroes aboard the Wish, Disney cruise’s newest venture that features an immersive dining adventure with Ant-Man’s explanation of why he didn’t do that thing to Thanos, Pym Lab-curated meals and MCU-themed drinks—all while being a part of an Avengers battle. SDCC is almost upon us and the pop culture juggernaut convention looks to make a return in a big way this year, featuring the latest in the worlds of comics, books, art, cosplay, television, and movies.

The Rock announced that Black Adam will have a presence at SDCC to headline the slate of DC films along with Shazam! Fury of the Gods in Hall H. No word yet on what other properties we’ll get a glimpse of, but our fingers are crossed for more The Batman sequel announcements.

SDCC Takes Over San Diego

Outside the convention center, lots of activations will be popping up for attendees and folks who couldn’t get a coveted badge for the annual festivities. Studios that have announced pop-ups include HBO Max with a House of the Dragon experience, Apple with some Severance fun, Nintendo, and more to be revealed in the coming days.
