Avengers Campus welcomes the Mighty Thor while the summer of pop culture continues.

The summer of superheroes and pop culture conventions is upon us! Fans can now glimpse the Mighty Thor from Thor: Love and Thunderat Avengers Campus, take a booze cruise on the Disney Wish with Marvel andStar Wars-themed drinks, visit the fictional Nope amusement park at Universal Studios, and preview what’s on the San Diego Comic-Con slate.

Thor: Love and Thunder at Disney Parks

The Mighty Thor will now be seeing if others are worthy with a Mjolnir moment where lucky park-goers can test their strength. You can find Dr. Jane Foster at Avengers Campus at Disney’s California Adventure.

Marvel on the High Seas

You can meet more Marvel heroes aboard the Wish, Disney cruise’s newest venture that features an immersive dining adventure with Ant-Man’s explanation of why he didn’t do that thing to Thanos, Pym Lab-curated meals and MCU-themed drinks—all while being a part of an Avengers battle. Here’s a look at some of the offerings.

We’ve already had our laughs at that $5,000 Camtono drink available on the cruise—but what about all the other drinks you can order in the new Star Wars-themed bar aboard the Disney Wish?

Mustafarian Black Ale: Inspired by this volcanic world, the Mustafarian Black Ale captures the dark history and legends that took place on the planet, which was also the site of Darth Vader’s personal sanctum.

We were really excited that travel writer Carly Caramanna confirmed that the drinks inside the Hyperspace Lounge are not pre-made like at Oga’s Cantina in Galaxy’s Edge—so the bartenders will make your drinks on the spot for your money’s worth.

Disneyland Paris

Hotel New York: The Art of Marvel celebrates its one-year anniversary ahead of Disneyland Paris’ Avengers Campus opening July 20.

SDCC is almost upon us and the pop culture juggernaut convention looks to make a return in a big way this year, featuring the latest in the worlds of comics, books, art, cosplay, television, and movies.

Hall H

The Rock announced that Black Adam will have a presence at SDCC to headline the slate of DC films along with Shazam! Fury of the Gods in Hall H. No word yet on what other properties we’ll get a glimpse of, but our fingers are crossed for more The Batman sequel announcements.

SDCC Takes Over San Diego

Outside the convention center, lots of activations will be popping up for attendees and folks who couldn’t get a coveted badge for the annual festivities. Studios that have announced pop-ups include HBO Max with a House of the Dragon experience, Apple with some Severance fun, Nintendo, and more to be revealed in the coming days.

Say ‘Yes’ to This Nope Menu at the Alamo Drafthouse

Dine-in movie theater chain Alamo Drafthouse has unveiled its special Nope-themed menu that’s out of this world... just in time for Jordan Peele’s latest feature.

Alamo Drafthouse Presents Immersive Movie Theater Going For Nope

Alamo Rolling Roadshow, a series from the movie theater chain that takes outdoor screenings to the next level, is planning a special event for Nope. When you buy a ticket to this special screening you can visit Sunset Ranch Hollywood for a day of horseback riding, BBQ, and an eerie ranch-surrounded screening of Nope.
