国芯科技：量子密码卡内测成功 支持各种国密算法

7月5日，苏州国芯科技发布公告称，量子密码卡已于近日在公司内部测试中获得成功。
据悉，这款高速量子密码卡由国芯科技、合肥硅臻合芯片技术有限公司合作研发， 基于国芯科技CCP903T高性能密码芯片、合肥硅臻QRNG25SPI量子随机数发生器模 组。
CCP903T高性能密码芯片是国芯科技自主研发设计、全国产化生产的密码安全芯片，内部以C*CORE C9000 CPU为核心，集成各种高速密码算法引擎、安全防护机制、高速通信接口等，通过国家密码管理局二级密码安全芯片的安全认证。
合肥硅臻QRNG25SPI量子随机数发生器模组基于量子集成光芯片研制，通过国家密码管理局商用密码检测中心测试，并已量产。
